Every business on this board held a billboard while the city was at Level 1. Their wall spots came and went like everyone else's — this spot never does. No expiry, no reshuffle, no Promotion League, no buyout. When Level 1 ended, this board sealed: nobody can be added, and nobody can be taken off.
Entries are snapshots — each founder's name and line exactly as they were the day they joined. The one exception to "permanent": a listing that breaks the wall's rules (scams, adult, gambling) can be removed — the same rules as the wall itself. The separate ⭐ Founding badge on the wall marks the first 100 paid spots; this board is bigger than the badge — it's everyone from Level 1.
